How can QUEST identify the right skill for each need of the respective project?

Due to years of successful project work together, we know most consultants very well. The experiences gained there, our reference check and personal interviews in advance allow for a reliable estimation whether an external expert will fit into the existing team and meet the requirements.

How long does it take QUEST to send a quotation to a client?

With our extensive, up-to-date pool of consultants, we usually can make a suitable quotation in between one and three days. For companies, this means a structured and fast support for flexible capacity planning.

Is it possible for companies to rate the consultant’s technical level by themselves?

Yes, of course. We take care of arranging a meeting at your location quickly and comfortably, thus allowing the technical team and the consultant to verify whether requirements, skills, availability and personalities fit together.

Does QUEST only work in the area of Frankfurt am Main and the near vicinity?

No, we don’t. We are strategic partners of most of our clients and are established knowhow brokers for many different fields and throughout Germany – for example due to our successful cooperation with companies from the fields of banking, insurance, aviation and telecommunication, as well as civil services and big service providers for IT and data centres.

How does QUEST handle qualification profiles?

Our QUEST CV database was developed especially for consultants. As soon as consultants have registered their profile using our website’s CV feature, we can approach them for particular client requests. In these cases, we will ask the consultant for permission to forward the profile to our client.

It is important to note that QUEST will not use any profile without prior consent. The documents provided to us remain the intellectual property of the consultant.
