The protection of your personal data is a top priority for us.
This web page is maintained by QUEST Softwaredienstleistung GmbH, Eschersheimer Landstrasse 223, D-60320 Frankfurt am Main, Germany (henceforth referred to as ‚we‘). We are responsible as defined by the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).
If you would like to use our web pages, you will be asked for personal data, in particular your first and last name, address, email address, phone number, banking account data and password, for reasons of using, developing, delivering and payment of our services. In compliance with the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act, we will treat your personal data as confidential and neither publish nor forward them to any third party. We use them to ease the communication with you within our (project-related) cooperation and to inform you of our activities within your field of interest.

I. Which kind of data is collected
While using our portal, our web server will temporarily register general technical information, such as domain names, IP addresses, access dates, file names and the URL you have accessed, the http answer code, the web site from which you have visited us, as well as the bytes transferred during the connection.
This data will be stored anonymously and is not related to you unless you explicitly provide us with it. Naturally, we will treat all data in compliance with the legal requirements.
II. How your data is used
We register the specified data to recognise developments and to create statistics.
Additionally, it is used to trace illegitimate access or manipulation of our web server. We are trying to prevent accidental loss of data as much as possible.
Anonymous profile information will only be used for improving the user interface as well as our services.
Your personal data will not be forwarded to any third party or partners, unless required to process requests or handling assignments, an obligation due to legal requirements or instructions given by you. Partners are allowed to only use the data as the specific project requires and obliged to treat them as detailed in this data protection statement and in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act. We will only provide partners with data that is indispensable for handling a specific project.
Unless you object, we are allowed to create user profiles using an alias for market research, advertising or designing appropriate services in order to inform about our services and conduct surveys.
The data transmitted by you will always be processed and stored as required by the German Federal Data Protection Act. We use this data for corresponding with you as well as with others in your authority. Again, we would like to use your contact data to inform you about our products, services and news as well as to contact you by email or phone for consumer satisfaction surveys, market research and advertising, unless you object. Your data will not be sold, marketed or traded to any third party.
Cookies
Our web service uses so-called ‘cookies’ to increase the number of online features and to make its use more comfortable. With the aid of these ‘cookies’, it is possible to store data on your computer when it accesses our web site. They only contain technical information and no personal data. A ‘cookie’ cannot spy on your hard drive.

Right to information, alterations
